2. We will spray lower-level eaves and patio covers to prevent pests from nesting there in the future.

3. Next, we move to the foundation of the home. We will spray an extensive barrier around the foundation, focusing on entry points to prevent pests from getting into the house.

 

4. We will spray all cracks and crevices on the property, focusing on block walls, cracks in the foundation, areas where grass and rocks meet concrete, and around bushes, trees, A/C units, pool equipment, patio furniture, and grills. The point is to treat where there are pests and to be more specific to eliminate the problem instead of baptizing the property with products where they don't need to be.

5. We will do one final spot treatment in the yard if needed, to target any ant mounds or nesting sites with a granular bait.

6. Interior treatments are standard on the initial service. We treat all entry points on the home (front, back, garage, balcony doors, etc.) and all areas that provide water and food, such as kitchens and bathrooms. We will do a full garage treatment as well as any other area in the home you're concerned about. Before leaving the house, we will also place glue boards in the garage to prevent pests from coming inside.

Once our treatment is complete, you will receive a detailed report on what we did on your property, any problems that we noticed, and some suggestions on what you can do to help avoid pest activity. We will also provide pictures after every service so you can take comfort in knowing what we did.

Follow-up treatments are recommended on a bimonthly basis, although we can also do monthly or quarterly treatments. Our follow-up treatments are just as effective as our initial service because we always provide the thorough services you need to maintain a pest-free home.
